CATCH is a vape prevention program specific to grades 5-12. It is currently being taught at several Fayette County schools. This evidence-based program was written to educate students on the dangers of vaping and increase the positive perceptions of choosing a vape-free lifestyle.
Fayette County Teen Court has conducted its eighth hearing since the program’s start in Fall 2019. Teen Court is an alternate option for youth who are getting in trouble, either in school or the community. Youth are from grades 7th through 12th with offenses that would be considered a misdemeanor.
