Read Aloud
Fayette County has a local Read Aloud chapter. Our goal is to recruit and train volunteer readers to go into the classrooms, encouraging and inspiring kids to read.

Snuggle & Read
A program sponsored by the Fayette County Board of Education and Delta Kappa Gamma, Snuggle & Read provides a free blanket and book to every PreK student each year. The students light up when they get to keep their own blanket and book. We want to instill a love for reading.

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is dedicated to inspiring a love of reading by giving free books every month to children 0-5.

Book Distributions
Our Fayette County chapter is dedicated to getting books in the hands of children. With our partners, Read Aloud and the Board of Education, we host book distributions at local elementary schools.
