EnAct Community Action provides emergency assistance to low-income families or individuals that have a termination notice or a court ordered eviction.

Lifeline Support for Affordable Communications
Lifeline provides a discount on monthly service of $9.25 per month for eligible low-income subscribers. Subscribers may receive a Lifeline discount on either a wireline or a wireless service, but may not receive a discount on both services at the same time.

WV LIEAP (Low Income Energy Assistance Program)
Assists eligible households with the cost of home heating through direct cash payments or payments to utility companies on their behalf. A crisis component is available for households without resources facing the loss of a heating source.
