The mission of CADCA is to strengthen the capacity of community coalitions to create and maintain safe, healthy and drug-free communities globally. Community Connections, Inc.
Prevention Without Borders is the lead substance abuse prevention program throughout southeastern West Virginia. In a unique, innovative approach, Community Connections utilizes a network of coordinators to implement substance abuse prevention programs, practices, and services. In general, we support County Coalitions, develop and support SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) Chapters, teach evidence-based programs, host community events, and mobilize the community to spark concern over the problem while instilling hope for the future.
