  • Lifeline Support for Affordable Communications

    Lifeline provides a discount on monthly service of $9.25 per month for eligible low-income subscribers. Subscribers may receive a Lifeline discount on either a wireline or a wireless service, but may not receive a discount on both services at the same time.

  • Mountaineer Rental Assistance Program

    This resource is available to West Virginia residents who are behind in rent or utilities, or worried about getting behind in rent. There are resources to address all pandemic related back rent issues.

  • Oak Hill United Methodist Church

    Utility Assistance is available on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.

    Utility assistance is available once a year per family, must have a referral from DHHR/number of persons in home/proof of income.

  • WV LIEAP (Low Income Energy Assistance Program)

    Assists eligible households with the cost of home heating through direct cash payments or payments to utility companies on their behalf. A crisis component is available for households without resources facing the loss of a heating source.
