Save A Life Day 2025

What is Save A Life Day?

An annual free naloxone day with a purpose to save lives and change hearts and minds. County organizers put together volunteer-led events at prime locations to distribute naloxone to everyone. Some counties utilize outreach teams, some set up larger community events. Each County Organizer decides what works best for their community.

*Let’s think about how we can incorporate mutual aid (the idea of people helping each other in informal and reciprocal ways) into Save A Life Day events this year. Mutual aid differs from service provision and charity in the way that it creates opportunities for anyone to offer what they can and take what they need- whether it be information, supplies, food, skill-sharing, resource-sharing, hugs, or anything else. What are your ideas?
